Refund policy
Personalized items. Because each blanket is custom-printed with your dog's name, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or a name that was misspelled when the order was placed. Please double-check your dog's name before checking out.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items. If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, or the printed name doesn't match what you entered at checkout, we'll replace it or give you a full refund — your choice. You won't need to send the item back.
How to request a replacement or refund. Email firesidehoundco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the damage or printing error
We'll reply within 2 business days.
Cancellations. Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. After that, your blanket is already being made and can't be canceled.
Lost packages. If tracking shows no movement for 10 or more days, or your order never arrives, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
