How long does shipping take?
Every blanket is made to order with your dog's name and arrives in 7–14 days. Shipping is FREE to anywhere in the US. Buy 2 blankets, get a 3rd one FREE (mix and match breeds).
How long can my dog's name be?
Up to 12 characters, including spaces. Please double-check the spelling before you check out — every blanket is printed exactly as entered.
How do I wash my blanket?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
What if my blanket arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll replace it or give you a full refund. Just email firesidehoundco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. Because each blanket is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. See our Refund Policy for details.
